The Combat Jack Show Thread

Yeah, not sure it's a good look, because it happen a lot during the Clark interview. And Math got on him for not supporting him. I guess they have an ongoing thing about battle rap, because Esso seemed dismissive and he talks about it as if it's something new.

Gordo was nice. If you know you know.

and I think DJ's aren't respected anymore, because now with the MacBook, anyone can do it and it's become watered down. Not everyone could and would carry around crate of records much less pay for them. You have celebs, IG chicks, strippers, anyone can DJ. Just like the MC.

Esso :smh: and he annoys the **** out of me with that tap ****. I hate dudes who do that ****.

Watching now & he's done that **** to Clark at least 3 times so far :smh:

Yup. Simple **** like this, can really change the entire dynamics. Works way better this way.

They def had a talk

X really was trying to make Yung Berg his Memph Bleek . Berg was talking crazy at 16

Yeah, it's crazy that hombre was signed to DMX at 13.

Never heard any of his stuff with X. I stopped bumping X new **** after Great Depression.

I don't know when these all were shot but...he's right back at it

Esso doesn't understand rhetorical questions. Royce understands the money aspect, but he think their friendship should be above that. Esso's simplifying their stance without knowing the ins and outs. He's telling Royce about his situation.

and Joe had a right to question it, when you've been in bad relationships and deals at labels. Of course it's easier when you have money. Same thing with him questioning Trilla wanting his pod. Turns out he was right.

but Crook and Joel knew there wasn't a demand for a duo album again, so they thought the Slaughterhouse gimmick would work. The thing is, people have interest in the show and drama, but not the music. So the back and forth people will devote time too. They're in a worse situation now than before, because they can't do this again.

This dude Adam22 said "He went from C Tha God to PC Tha God"

:emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing:

Yea Shultz has been hitting Char with that for a while now.

He really pissed SHultz off when he (Char) was trying to talk himself into believing Wonder Woman 84 was a good movie.

Shultz almost lost it on that episode of Idiots.

Yeah, Schulz has been saying this for a while now. Could this be why Wax hasn’t been on the show? Too unpredictable for Charlamagne?

I hope they asked Royce about writing The Message for Dre. That's Dre's most introspective record. Probably his most slept on record too.
