It's pros and cons with every decision you make but from what I've seen them girls have all types of regrets and issues from their days of having "fun".

It's not the best advice imo for women to start looking for marriage approaching their 30's. That ignores the fact that it is much harder for women to find a life partner than it is for men, among other things.
