This doesn’t have anything to do with white america and infrastructure. People start up small businesses everyday, especially in the t-shirt industry. We all have access to the same production and printers etc. Lavar just chose to ignore the detail and best/most efficient protocol for breaking into this business.

Add that to no business structure or solid foundation it was bound to struggle and inevitably fail.
