I see he has a condition, but he is still sick. I mean, fondle a little girl( that is just as bad), but the fact that he tawgeted a little boy just shows that something is wrong in his head. He should be tortured, the same way that little boy is going to be for the rest of his life. He should be sent to prison, released into general population, and disregarded until it is time to pick his body up and dispose of him. Better yet, they should let hime be beaten until he is almost dead, save him, let him recover for a while, and let hime be beaten to near death again. Over and over and over as long as he lasts.

He looks like that because he has Treacher-Collins–Franceschetti syndrome.

  • small lower jaw, which may slant
  • cleft palate
  • unusually large mouth
  • underdeveloped, malformed or missing ears
  • underdeveloped or missing cheekbones and side wall/floor of the eye socket
  • large, beak-like nose
  • small or obstructed nasal passages

Thanks.

Next time could you put horrific pictures of that nature under a spoiler?

Spoiler for what? These people are walking the streets like you and me without a "spoiler" covering their faces. So if you see them out in public you are going to cover your eyes? This is real life. People have facial deformities.
