So what I'm getting told in here a wr's talent are maximized nobody who the qb is?

I had this talk with my homies. I said I would take Tavon to replace Ginn. They said tayvon is trash and no matter his situation he's trash. I said he would do the same numbers and if not better numbers then Teddy is giving us. But his qbs stink and so does his situation.

Carr has thrown 54 TDS to 25 INTS

Bortles has thrown 47 TDS to 36 INTS

I don't understand how Carr would hold Amari back
