Doing the Tim Grover program (Michael’s trainer) and that type of landing is stressed throughout the entire program to the point it becomes natural. Before you even do any weights or plyometrics, he has you strengthen joints and tendons to prepare your body for that type of landing.

why no videos of him leaving the bench early in a blow out or not coming to team huddles during timeouts
MJ on the wizards was a damn circus. For someone who is a fan of him and watched most of the games..it was a farewell tour that lasted too long

No surprise that the two most bitter ex-Bulls, Ho Grant and Pip are doing that but Luc is some what surprising.
*I just looked up more information. All three venues are in Australia and in conjunction with the NBL. Pip is an ambassador for the NBL and of course Luc is from Australia.*
