"The Last Dance" Michael Jordan & Chicago Bulls Docuseries

That's ok.

I aint really trying to hear about how Bron got the better story. That dont mean anything.
It means something to the people that he may inspire. Coming from a teenage mom, then being able to hold on to the success he has gained. On top of it all, he understands the important socio political position to have while in public. Jordan never had the courage to be that way. He was the greatest player of his generation, but off the court, LeBron is the man.

I'd be mad as hell if I lost a top 7 pick in the draft and end up having to play against Larry Bird's Celtics in the first round knowing I had no shot at winning.

What LeBron has accomplished in his career is admirable to the highest extent. He came from a single Black teen mom, did not attend university, never had a hall of fame coach college nor pro, no sibling support. LeBron has even brought success to his crew. He even speaks to political power. Overall, his resume dwarfs that of Jordan, and his money is growing as well. If you want a feel good story? LeBron is it. Jordan is simply a story about basketball..

lol ok bro

I'd say MJ inspired more ppl but ok.

Good deal of successful ppl out there with a sob story or relatable background.

I read you bigging up Bron like this and I can't help but think about how unappreciated Melo and DWade are in that realm/off the court.

Draymond is correct

not really.. cap was different then.. bulls could have paid Scottie more, but he wasn’t the problem with anything they did

obviously the team loved having him on the cheap

How many of them publicly chastised the current president of the united states, calling him a bum? Neither Wade nor Melo have the profile that LeBron has, and neither had as much to lose. Again, LeBron could simply sit back and play it safe, but he did not. He also reps it all by having an all Black family. If you do not realize how important that imagery is through a historical context, then you are simply ignoring facts, conveniently I might add, Sure MJ inspired many, globally, but LeBron is doing it where it is needed.

I feel sorry for any kid who finds inspiration in lebron

And by lebron ‘understanding his socio political position while jordan never had the courage to be that way’ you couldve just summed it up by saying ‘Jordan wasnt a tool’
.....when I read comments like this on niketalk, it is apparent where the animosity comes from. LeBron makes you uncomfortable, yet Jordan did not. All one has to do is to see what imagery surrounds Jordan, his political stance or lack-thereof, to know why Jordan is easier to take. It is the same reason why some people prefer Trump’s wife over The First Lady Michelle Obama. Jordan was a monster on court, but he was minnie mouse off of it.

MJ didn’t want to be “ one of the best”. He wanted to be the best. That’s why he was a **** and demanded the best out of his teammates. MJ showing out for the Paris crowd in a meaningless tournament but refusing to celebrate with bum *** Harper and extra bum *** Scott Burrell. That “butthole” quality is how you get the MJs, Zuckerdorks, and Steve Jobs, IMO.

You called Ron Harper a bum?

Don't ever discuss basketball again b

Come on b

Don't make Lebron to be bigger than he is also. He chastised an unpopular president.

When Tamir Rice was killed, silence. It was easier to speak about Trayvon, because the police weren't involved. But in Cleveland with Tamir, silence.

With the China situation and him publicly shaming Morey, for saying the truth.

Lebron picks and chooses his battles.

averaged 9.3, 3.5. , and 2.9 assists respectively in 97-98. Made all rookie team and a 5x champ. Slightly above average while playing on some great teams ? He was definitely a bum in 97-98, b.

How many issues did Jordan ever speak on? The point is, LeBron actually did something, said something. Even in retirement, Jordan rarely says anything, yet LeBron and his crew are in the midst of changing how sports management looks. Jordan could have done all if this, but he didn’t. In light of how Africans are currently being treated in Asia? In hindsight, LeBron was 100 percent correct.

Jordan doesn't say anything cause he's on the other side. Jordan is MAGA all the way.
