I can concur with this as I believe the 12 Lows are MUCH better than the 12 highs. Much much more comfortable too.

the lows have only simple mesh where the high has a megafuse upper which is more durable and better containment for your foot. because of the mesh, there are no containment for your ankle for the lows. with no ankle support and the slight higher heel due to the air max you are just asking to roll the ankle. the LeBron lows since they came out has only been good for one thing which is casual use.

Totally agree with you. Nike has saved me some money as well, coming out with such an ugly shoe. Money saved.

Because it doesn't blend as well as the 9

On the 9 it seems like it is part of the design of the shoe, basically outlines the rear section of the shoe plus it houses the swoosh... it looks like they slapped a big toe swoosh on the 13 and needed something to fill out the empty section of the shoe.

I wasn't a fan of the 9's at first either until I saw them worn.

I own the Griffey, SLH, and MN 9's.
