The MMA Thread: DON'T ASK 4 STREAMS & NO GIFS- Cannonier, Imavov, Reyes, Rosas on NOW

Watching Brock's interview on Highly Questionable right now. Pretty good. Talked about how he drank a lot and popped vicodin during his early wwe years.

Schaub bringing up a lot of solid points here. Thoughts?
i am far from an expert on PEDS, but I have known plenty of people who ****** with things like anabolics, insulin, peptides and HGH. schaub is wrong. when you jump off anabolics, your endocrine system essentially crashes and becomes unstable. your hormone levels begin to plummet and your body is in a constant battle to find homeostasis. you feel like complete **** and also begin to lose muscle mass. i believe you're supposed to transition to a low dose cycle rather than abruptly jumping off the gear.

with HGH, you primarily just lose the accelerated recovery ability. i think HGH is what the majority of fighters are on, and it's primarily for the recovery benefits. even if brock was using GH for the last couple years, it would have zero benefit come fight night. if anything, dude will begin to feel the effects of a compromised recovery process.

these are my anecdotes from being around dudes using PEDs(cough brazilians).

Very interesting. Never heard this before but it makes sense.

Good info. I'm not savvy on anything PED related.

I did see Mark Hunt have a expletive ridden diatribe on Brock and the exemption. At the end of the day, he said he's going to knock him out.

Robbie all Shang Tsung with his comments lol. Robbie is a big dude (he obviously fought at 185), so the size difference would probably be an issue with Connor. I like Connor's movements and kicks. His "boxing" was exposed in the last fight.

Zuffa freed Ariel. Now can they free the Flyweight, women's BW and MW titles lol?

cmon man, yall know brock on SOMETHING....

its so loose over there in wrestling land

Im suprised if USADA doesnt flag him before the fight :rolleyes

But Yair and Bruce Leeroy???

Man Yair bout to clap that lil boys shoulders together :lol

When Robbie said "his soul" Ty shifts in his seat prob thinkin "what have i gotten myself into here, this guys crazy"

It's both you depending on nutrition you retain muscle mass, but have less endocrine function. So if Brock has been planning this for 1 year plus he could have 60 to 70 percent of the mass

That would've been an awkward answer to hear. If rbk were smart they would've made him a walkout shirt that said "i'll take your balls".

My favorite lady at the weigh-ins caught mirin'.

Nevermind. Forgot I can't post gifs.

Miesha is going to mess around and overlook her opponent for 200. She's way too obssessed with Hacist Honda.
