it really does seem like conor is dead set on knocking nate out. in every sparring of his that i've seen, there's been heavy emphasis on landing that overhand left.

I'd actually like to see Conor fight some other LW's. I feel like those punches would have buckled a lot of LW's, Nate's chin is one of the best in any division

And the Irish contingent showed up late like Connor. Might as well have stayed home to avoid the wash. Well at least we have the Sparks of Rumble/Glover.
Congrats to Connor for becoming the biggest name in MMA. Hopefully, the new owners don't regret their purchase. There isn't a 30-day return policy. And the tickets for this card have already gone on sale.

True Conor has more than a punchers chance of winning. If he can land one of those spinning kicks accurately that could easily knock out Nate.
I just think it's highly unlikely Conor will win. His striking was amazing the last fight, but I honestly don't think he can take that much of a punch. Nate landed about 5 great punches and Conor became a panick wrestler.
In 6 months Conor's wrestling isn't going to be neat nates. I think the only way Conor can beat Nate is if he's able to go 5 rounds (which the Diaz Brothers are known for) or expose nate with knee kicks and submit him somehow.
I think the same thing is going to happen again. Conor is a great fighter but he's just too little compared to Nate. He can't take those hits. He needs to go back to the ****** division and conquer there. 155 might be too hard for him too.
