Obviously MMA is different than pure Jiu Jitsu but I kept telling my brother than Hendricks gotta posture up inside the guard. He had terrible posture and his arms were sticking straight out and crossing the centerline. That's why he got caught in the triangle.

Feels good to be able to see things like that after hours at the gym
