I’ll take Conor/Max over Max/Volkanovski 3. I don’t think Conor has anything left for the top guys at lightweight and, in my opinion, Max beat Volkanovski in the rematch anyway. Let him keep the belt and go for the money fight with Conor.

Max's chin is unbelievable. Ate an up elbow, head kick and some hard punches. Hope he's able to get out the game before it goes. Crazy he's only 29.

Styles makes fights and this was essentially a boxer vs kickboxer until max changed gears into mma. Yair was spamming leg kicks and tbh it was that and surprise elbows and nothing more. If anything this was Max’s best day, for someone to weather a storm like Yair and dictate the fight.
The whole Conor situation is funny. A year or two ago Conor wouldn’t bat an eye for a max rematch, after a couple of horrible Ls he’s desperate for a star fight Good patience by max- he’s the money fight, he doesn’t need to mention names, they’ll come to him.
