Ariel, on the Ringer MMA Podcast, was talking about how Francis is less famous than Tyson Fury. Though true, we can't front Francis wasn't in F9 or that Jackass movie.

Francis is very humble and quiet. While Tyson is sooo larger than life. Plus the Deontay WIlder trilogy and rehab to champ story didn't hurt his fame.

Looking forward to that fight but thinking Colby takes it especially if he can get it to the ground. I know Masvidal has good defense but he could be on his back most of the fight.

But yea I'm definitely streaming it/watching replay after the fact and not considering paying lol.

There is nothing at stake in that fight. Both of those guys have lost to Usman twice in title fights. Besides Colby running a cardio clinic...that's not a PPV Main Event besides carrying Masvidal's name.

I can't believe they moved the TKZ/Volk and Yan/Aljo to the April PPV. Wow.

Yea Masvidal's star power has come back to earth especially since getting KO'ed against Usman in the last fight. Seems strange they wouldn't at least try to keep the Yan/Aljo fight here unless Aljo still isn't fully recovered.

Aljo one of the proponents to why that fight is moving to April. If there were rules instead of everything being loosely decided on the fly (like that main event), Aljo would relinquish the title in April since it's been a year since he "won" it.

I'm sure the talking heads will be hilarious in the build up toward that fight. But let's be real, quality wise it belongs on ESPN. Jorge better get the bag. I'm curious what other lame fights they have on that card.

I posted yesterday about worst card...this is right there with Gane/Lewis. At least that had a "belt" attached to it....
