Izzy has beaten six of the top 10!! Let him get a soft ball in Dricus Du Plessis. If Alex wants to stay at 185, fight Whittaker or Vettori. Khamzat? Not to say he hasn't fought at 185 but he hasn't beaten anyone of note. The whole he has to move up to 185 thing was ridiculous since he's a top welterweight (despite his current weight).

But like Vince said...the Immortal Rob Whittaker didn't have an issue fighting Darren Till, Kelvin Gastelum, and Jared Cannonier prior to rematching Izzy. The could separate the two for one fight and then see what the lay of the land is at that point.

Whittaker didn't beat Izzy in their first match though so that's a really bad comparison. If Alex lost the first fight, sure. But he didn't. He won. I'm not saying every champ deserves a rematch if they lose but Izzy did in this rivalry so it's only fair that Alex gets one too, if he wants one.
