"call me sherlock, but is everyone dumb? Obviously someone else is outside the elevator holding down one of the elevator call buttons, thus keeping the door open and keeping her from leaving. She wants to get away so she is trying to push all of the buttons. When this doesnt work, she goes back out to talk to whoever is holding the button down, using hand gestures during the convesation. Finally she gives up and goes with the person to where ever he/she is going to commit the murder. They both leave and the button is released, so the elevator finally closes and goes to whatever floor the buttons she had pushed earlier determined.
