This. Some of the schift I'm reading in here is ridiculous and I'm wondering if dudes really don't see the foolishness that they are saying."Monta Ellis floor"y'all be having some high floors for everybody ...the draft never works like that
I don't know about Goat, but he would be a damn Good player possibly leading a franchise. The talent is obviously there, but the lack of iq really hinders him.Come on bro, JR smith definitely has a better handle than Monk. He's probably one of the best ISO scorers in the league. That's pretty much undebatable. JR is actually a very talented player, he's just dumb as rocks.
A high IQ JR smith would probably be considered the GOAT![]()
Can Josh Jackson play the 2 in the league? Lakers need to get on that or Issac if they get the #3 pick. Should be their targets if they keep their pick
If they luck into the chance to take Fultz, it's going to be real interesting
^^^
Great post, happy to see you in here g.
I think any team that's #1 has to take Fultz no matter what.
My one thing has always been when they say trade Russell if they take Fultz...
And my response is always.... for what? And why?
The possibilities of those 2 on offense for an entire game, gives you so much leeway that anything you end up trading Russell for will not get you the positive that you think it does.
I never said don't take Fultz, I meant it'd be interesting to see how he'd fit with LA
Sure, Russell can play the 2 from time to time, long term will that be viable?
I agree and say don't trade Russell either because you might just be moving laterally at best
This is again why I say it'd be interesting

That thinking just comes from the fact that Fultz is a better prospect than D'Lo was and D'Lo's the type of young player you could trade in a package for a superstar.
Then you add that they play the same position.
But I agree, keep em both and package Clarkson for something else.
What's great is that they both have ideal length for either guard position and can both score on and off the ball.
I'd love to see them play together coached by Walton.
With Lavine's injury and Rubio publicly on the trading block. The Wolves are bound to tank it up (unless they somehow get a star in return by the deadline), if they land a top 3 pick and keep it, I say they go for Ball. He gives what Rubio gives on the offensive side plus he stretches the floor and is a scoring threat.
Isaac to minny please
Nah dog
Kid dropped 47 god damn points on UNC...he is not McLemore at all.
I can definitely see the Lou Will comparison
JR Smith ability to pass?? JR averages 2.2 assists per game for his career and sports a 1.2 APG average this year and has had 6 seasons of below 2 APG
JR Smith handle?? He's a catch and shoot from anywhere on the court player, JR has never had much of a handle at all.
I don't see Ball as that significant of an upgrade over Dunn who they just drafted to be Rubio's successor.
Dunn is superior defensively, athletically.
Ball is superior player if we comparing them at the same age and is a better shooter but I'd rather take my chances with Dunn and draft Issacs or Markannen if I'm the Wolves.
They need a stretch 4 who's not a stiff on defense.
That would open up the whole floor for them, they already showed flashes of being great on offense and if you're going to have Dunn who's not a shooter, you need as much spacing as possible.
Pretty sure Thibs wants a defensive leader at PG don't see them taking Ball under any circumstances.
Dunn is 45 years old and has been mostly terrible, I don't know who they should take but Kris Dunn isn't stopping me from taking BPA.
