Of course this has to translate to on court production but this is a solid start.

His hiring is the latest example of Rose revamping his staff. Steve Mills was fired in February and sources said the team does not plan on retaining current executives Gerald Madkins, Craig Robinson and Harold Ellis. Jamie Matthews, the VP of basketball operations and longtime Garden employee, could also be in trouble.
