5.5 years ago Sean Payton was on National TV pleading for Dallas to hire him and saying the roster was Super Bowl ready with one or two more pieces. Then Payton openly stated he would come out of retirement to coach Dallas…..I bet we would have more than 1 playoff win in the last 5 years if Jerry took a chance with Payton and we would have the QB of the future on our roster now

I would put us at last cause Mike McCarty is currently applying for all of those jobs while leaving Dallas behind. That’s a statement that I would rather coach the Panthers, Jets, Jags, and Raiders than spend another year in Dallas. Every available coach has called Mike and said WTH is going on in Dallas
