This loss is squarely on Flacco's shoulder. 3 and short and he's dancing in range of the first down. Instead of tucking it and running he throws it. Kicker needs to make that chip shot but Flacco had the opportunity to win the game, f a field goal! That third down play was a fail on his behalf.
