I hope we see them bring back the ID options with the same denim ish material. I know many people have said it in the past, so hopefully Nike is listening. Sean Wotherspoon may have pointed it out to them due to his shoe using denim/corduroy material.

Here are some comparison shots of 2017 Jewel and OG black 2003 Jewel.
The Shape on the blacks is a little sharper, but I would argue that, that is due to wear.
I believe they used the same leather on the 2017s as the 2003s. It's not pinnacle leather but it is way soft. The tongue on my 2003s has not chipped at all because the leather is nice and soft. Whereas on my SC 97 Leathers it has all chipped away (SC's are older though..)
Overall I friggen love these things. Super pumped Nike is finally bringing jeweled goodness back.
