I'm worried about how the leather wrapped midsole will hold up. How did the old AF1's do? Did the leather stay attached or bubble up?

put significant miles in NE winters on red wing AF1s and the midsole is just fine. it's a good question given that the am1 has the air bubble cut out, wonder if that might cause some issues.
