Recently received the crepes and had to swap out the stock laces…

Definitely wished these were a true retro, but I can see why Nike switched from a natural crepe outsole to a “faux” crepe version.

The original outsole had some drawbacks when it came to durability. The porous material is a dirt magnet and it wears down very quickly compared to traditional harder rubber outsoles. The newer version will get way more mileage while still maintaining the “look”. Overall, happy to add these to the collection.

Was able to grab some safari NBYs on eBay for just a touch over retail over the past couple weeks and somehow they both arrived on the same day.

Would never have made the Notmos personally with all the other options available, but stoked to have them regardless. Also feeling the slight change with the blue swoosh.

Super stoked on the second pair as I think they’re the same as one of the gif images from the promos Nike dropped:

Went to EB to try on an 11 for the Crepes. Yes they were fine. These are a little wider in shape whereas the Pattas are narrower and sleeker. But nonetheless the 11s for both good for me not like the NBYs sz 11
