I feel you. This was the first week in a while where the raiders played the best football out of all the AFC west team. I saw a lot of positives in the game,they were playing tough, they just need to make everything click at once.

You had that solid quarterback. You cut him. You guys played a great game. Its too bad your QB play is preventing you from taking that next big leap.
