I don't understand how anyone can hate on Spitta. I mean, i know some people can't stand his laid back flow, but the way he delivers his verses are crazy. You'll catch a line you thought was a filler on your 3rd listen and just smirk cause now you know what he meant. Had the tape on repeat at work last night, will have it on repeat tonight as well as mixing the new Fab tape in.

^ yo.. on this tour, who's opening for Curren$y? do we get to see a lot of Trademark and Roddy? im gettin super hyped on the LA leg of this tour next friday and i want to get an idea how early i should start lining up.. and if its gonna be a drag standing there waitin for the main act.

I would highly NOT recommend a Currensy concert. Dude was on stage MAYBE 35 minutes. His opening acts--who were absolutely awful btw, and got boo'd--were on stage for hours. Currensy's set list was garbage, too.

I was at smokersclub tour last year and all the opening acts were good... fiend and cornerboy p... this year trade and roddy too... y'all bumped y'all head sayin his opening acts suck... and 35 mins is a lot of strait rapping... how long y'all want him to rap for? Lol... no one is ever happy I tell ya...

KRIT rapped longer, Wiz and Mac Miller went for an hour or so... and these are just recent shows from acts who are in a comparable category. Currensy could have stepped it up a bit. I was also disappointed that Kyleon came out and they didn't perform Moon and Stars.
As far as opening acts, they just OD'd. The opening acts should not have 45 min-1 hour long sets EACH. Especially if they're not well known whatsoever and they were getting boo'd.

I agree to a certain extent. Spitta did have way too many opening acts, and the dude TJ the Great, and Monsta Beatz were type garbage, but Spitta put on a helluva show. I was disappointed that he didn't perform more tracks from Covert Coup, but he had the crowd jumping. He needs to either cut out an opening act or two, or be prepared to perform more songs, but I, personally, was pleased with his performance. And Wiz and Spitta went for about the same length of time. Don't know what show you might be referring to, but if it was the one on Halloween then, yeah.

Yeah, Currensy was good while he was out there. I just felt like his time was disproportionate to the opening acts. Openers should only have 20-30 min max unless they're fairly known and the crowd is feeling them. It seems like most concerts here have the main act out around 11. And when they had the transition between acts right at 11, I figured they were on that schedule... then another 45 min of opening acts. Keep in mind I got in there around 10 because I figured I could bear an hour of openers.
For $20, it wasn't a bad deal, but it didn't meet my expectations.

Monsta Beatz and the first local guy at the Houston show sucked. NO ONE was feeling them. I was kind of upset with dudes starting to boo Fiend, but at the same time frustration had been building from some of the previous acts. Cornerboy P, Fiend, Trade and Roddy held it down, along with the second local dude (D-loc?) and of course, Spitta. Overall, the show was to my liking.

wow hopefully they tighten up the opening acts' set list and extend Spittas set.. im bout to drive 2 hours to see dude and to only see him up for 30 mins would def be disappointing.
