just reading through your RB tier post and was wondering what the value of this "analysis" was?

14. Jamaal Charles – There is a lot of hype behind Charles, he needs to deliver for 16 games.

Seems like your breakdown of a lot of the players is just "he could be good"

The reason I broke them down in tiers its like a where to draft guide.

It's not just a ranking system of who is the best obviously, then that list would be different. It based on fantasy projection, where I want to draft them, who I like and don't like etc.

it's a guide for the draft

i understand the tier system, but i was just pointing out that you haven't added any value to anyone's research by explaining your reason for putting J. Charles in that tier is "There is a lot of hype behind Charles, he needs to deliver for 16 games."

You need some serious roster help. You have three QBs and real issues at RB.

I'm in a 16-team league with a little $320 pot..... I was wondering what round I should start to consider taking Sidney Rice and stashing him on my IR, the positions are 1 QB/ 2 RB/ 2 WR/ 1 Flex/ TE/K/D with 4 bench and 1 IR ..... any advice/thought/input on Sidney Rice and the IR or just drafting strategy in such a deep league?

I don't have 3 QBs. Jay Feely is a K. What are my serious issues?

Yeah my fault on that, I spaced for a second. Dropping Westbrook is a good call but you still have a bunch of running backs who are better suited as flex players than RB2s. You basically have to hope that a player or two exceeds expectations, but that still leaves you with a bench that is not very deep.

My team in my first league had 12th pick outta 12

QB's--Flacco, Matt Ryan
RB's--DeAngelo Williams, Pierre Thomas, Justin Forsett, Steve Slaton
WR's--Larry Fitz, Marques Colston, Braylon Edwards, Hakeem Nicks, Josh Morgan, Mohamed Massaquoi
TE's--Greg Olson, John Carlson
K--Gostkowski
D--Patriots

I always just pick up a kicker and a defense during the byes and play the best one who is going against the worst offense... Rate my team if you want!

QB-Joe Flacco

RB-Joseph Addai

W/R-Pierre Garcon

BN-WR Santana Moss

BN-RB Arian Foster

BN-QB Chad Henne

BN-RB Donald Brown

K-Neil Rackers

DEF-Arizona

You are extremely weak at RB. Foster looks great, but I don't see Mccoy producing much in that Any Reid Eagles offense.

Your WR's are solid. If Stafford improved at all from last year, we could see a huge year for CJ.

Question: is Chicago's defense available? I would most definitely drop Arizona. They lost a bunch of starters from last year.

If you can make a move for another RB on Foster's level, maybe Forsett without sacrificing your starting WR's, I think you'll be golden.
