In some cases you can be so detailed it detracts from the overall work. That piece is definitely the case.

Agreed. The stonework is def fire. But the details on the face is too realistic for a pendant IMO, almost looks like the statues i see in church

depends on how you look at things I mean it is his head hanging off of a chain. only mention it cause it goes w/the way that early-mid 90's NY Rappers would be a bit shocking in expressing themselves.

I agree with this, but what are some good black Jesus pieces we've seen that are non-enamal? I can only think of one recently, I know Saint made a black looking one.
