Da best era to buy gold was da 90's...EVERYBODY had a gold chain cuz it DIRT cheap, that's why platinum caught on in da 1st place because it wasn't nearly as common and at da time da rarity was still seen as a novelty.

All these 13-14mm 14k-18k cuban links were extra common among da Dominicans & Puerto Ricans.

Ebay was LITTERED with used chains.

It wouldn't look right imo. Too thick a chain will take away from the pendant. 5mm wide max.

Those pendants are 1.2 inch bail included, you don't need much besides 2mm rope
