I haven't received the fine prints I ordered last weekend either. Talked with a Nike rep today and she told they are out of invetory and they escalated my order to their Nike Elite team. I then asked. "Why are they still on the website if there out of stock?" They showed available this morning but now show sold out on Nike.com. Not looking good.

I'm growing increasingly frustrated with Nike on this. Shoes should've been here by now. Ridiculous..smh

im pretty calm but i dont want to get that damn cancellation email nor a coupon , just my pair . especially because i got them on discount
 
Has anyone questioned whether or not UPS tracking is working correctly? Just curious.
 
I haven't ordered sneakers from Nike in a while (probably a few years), but this whole Fine Print situation is ridiculous. I called yesterday to find out about my order status since I hadn't received the shoes or a tracking number. I was told they should ship early next week since they could see UPS had printed a shipping label. It was supposed to be escalated to some Elite dept or something, but I wake up this morning and find my order cancelled and money refunded. 
 
Charge on my cc hasn't dropped yet but they also sent me a letter asking me if I wanted the money refunded. If you didn't send the shoes aren't you supposed to do that anyway?

They said the same thing in the email telling me that the shoes had been delayed.  It was something like, "contact us to tell us how we can make it right or contact us to cancel the order". I opted to have them make it right and get a discount code. 

This whole thing seems like maybe there was a production issue or they sold alot more than they had on stock and now trying to catch up.  These shoes might end up being alot more rare than we thought they were going to be.

When I called in earlier today, I was told by a representative that this is a known issue, and that all Jordan 31s with a ship date of 9/20 are all stuck in the warehouse. They have not left to UPS yet. If anyone has received their order they placed on SNKRS or Nike.com on the release date, please do let us know. I'd like to know if what she told me is true. Each time I had a chat with or phone call with a Nike rep, I have been given different reasons why the shoes have not yet been shipped, but out of all the people I spoke with, the woman today sounds the most competent. Let's see.
