I got one when they told me a different story from the previous rep I spoke with. I was really upset that they could not locate my package and so they offered 10%. I said I need 30% to make my troubles worth it, so they gave me a 20% with the 2-day shipping code. The 2nd discount code I received was after they sent me the cancellation/refund email and I contacted them again. Just gotta build up your case (which it sounds like you have) and they will offer you a code when they feel it's appropriate to do so.
They were only at certain Foot Locker locations and even there they were in limited numbers. The closest Foot Locker that were going to have them in stock was about an hour away. I felt like letting Nike do the driving for me. Turned out fine for me in the end. I got my shoes and a discount code to use later.
I went to a HoH this weekend and they were out of my size.
