Whoa whoa so 2010 miami is not a superteam with Wade, Lebron and Bosh?

Did Lebron just got signed with Miami in 2013? lol

But Kobe never left his team and tried to assemble a super team. A lot of the OG basketball stars don't respect that move.

Hope you are not from LA area. Kobe the summer before Lakers traded fir Gasol publicly said that he want to get traded if they dont get him help. Kobe was even booed by Laker fans at the start of the season AND then Laker fans got amnesia and forgot everything.

No they traded him smart guy. lol If anything. The hornet eff up on that one. They got a one in a generation player and traded him away lol.

The Hornets traded him though.

They were forced to trade him because Kobe threatened never to sign with them once they drafted him. He forced their hand after they drafted him via his agent so they got...Vlade Divac back. Kobe is no better than Lebron in terms of character. Kobe also had the Lakers as his very own and they had two 1st round exits in which he threatened to leave the Lakers of they didn't improve the team, thus Gasol was handed over. Lebron wasn't fortunate enough to have an organization as intelligent of attractive as LA.

Amazing how LITTLE fanatics remember when faced with the truth. Oh and there was that small "incident" in Colorado that led to a jersey number change...YIKES!

The Yellow lows are awesome tho!

He didn't force anyone smart guy. He was a rookie. What unproven rookie can force an organization to sign a paper? LOL you are talking out of your rear buddy.

The thing is, everyone here will act like they never saw this post.

There's a big difference between demanding a trade vs walking away leaving your team with nothing to start over. Lebron could have ask for a trade and the Cavs would have at least got something back to build on. Lebron decision move was way worse than Kobe imo

Whatever most championship teams has 3 good player anyway. Nothing new moving on!
But the Heat got 3 stars in their prime back in 2010. Not to mention they also got a pretty good surround casts full of savvy veteran like Mike Miller, Battier, Haslem, etc. Jordan got Pippen. Kobe got Gasol. 3 stars is more than 2 so yea the Heat was pretty stacked buddy.

So we are comparing Pau Gasol to 2010 Wade and Chris Bosh? Oh okay

The Cavs DID get something back for Lebron. Cap space, Kyrie Irving, AND Bennett. It's NO coincidence Lebron leaves and his team suddenly gets TWO #1 picks in the next three years. It's too bad they wasted one of those picks on a small forward with little upside. Incompetent organizations can't be saved. There is a reason Cleveland is what they are. LMAO!!!

Horace Grant and Dennis Rodman were no slouches. Shaq in his prime counted as TWO superstars. LMAO!!!

Didn't the Hornets just traded the pick not Kobe. Lakers un-officially drafted Kobe. If the hornets had that pick to keep I don't think they would have even drafted Kobe.

Eli Manning
I can go on...
We're talking NBA though. I don't know about Eli Manning since im not a football guy but im pretty sure no fresh out of hs NBA rookie had the power to force a team to sign a paper. LOL not a #13 pick. Kobe wasn't even the best prospect in that year draft that's why he got picked at #13. You're telling me a #13 pick have the power to force an organization and tell them what to do? Wow yea right.

where do u guys come up with this ish?

no rookie can threaten the team that drafts them lmao dumbest ish i have ever heard.

They can say they dont want to play there cough cough steve francis..... but thats up to the ball club to make the call.

Jerry West already made a deal with the Hornets for Kobe before the draft. Jerry was criticized for gambling on a 17 year old kid and giving away Divac's but u know the rest.
