^how would it bring back small businesses? if Prop 19 passed, it would have demolished the current small businesses we have now within the industry.

but the inflated prices were going to come way down.  ounces were projected to cost $30-40 i believe instead of the usual $280-300+.  it looked good on paper but if you actually looked into prop 19 it looked like it would cause more damage than good.

annual permits would increase dramatically and only a few selected dispensaries would be able to cough up the 6 figure price every year to run their establishment. 
$50 zips?
