crucial is the go to brand when it comes to ram upgrades for macs, you should be good to go if all the specs match up

considering that you mean the "higher end one" for the 13" as the 2.53...the performance difference you would notice to the 2.26 is minimal andwell not worth the price differential, those that actually take the true advantage of the 2.53 is a miniscule percentage of mbp purchasers....in the end, isuggest you just go with 2.26 and with the money you save, you could pull that towards a nice SSD
also, anyone have any problems with safari? theres been a good number of reports and ive been one of the victims, but everyone's been beachballin likecrazy! i was always too lazy to make the switch to firefox but i guess this would be the time =/

I'm still under Apple warranty and my "b" button is missing and left command button isn't working. Does applecare take care of that andreplace the whole keyboard?

Did you break it or did it just happen like that? Just go to the apple store and get it checked out and see what they say..

RIP

Why don't you just give apple a call. What you should do is somehow put your "B" key back on and take your laptop to an Apple store and tell themthe command key does not work. Once the employee notices you laptop has no water damage. They should take care of you.

I want to send all the info i have on my MacBook Pro to a Ext HD. How do i do this??

Quick question, is it worth upgrading to 4gb of ram?

if you bought your mac bare bones with only 2gb, its definitely worth doubling your RAM...just grab a 2x2 crucial from newegg for around $65-72 andinstallation can easily be done by yourself DOO ITT!

anyone have any idea how good the Xbox 360 controller works on the Mac?

Ah, the new Final Cut Pro. That just dropped, didn't it? Nice.

Does anyone else find themselves having more apps than they need? I got the CS4 master collection and I've only used DW and PS lol. I still open up theother apps to make myself feel like I used them

I picked up a Speck satin hardcase recently. So far, so good. Anyone here using one? If so, have you noticed any drawbacks?
