He's better than the "Rising" Jennings. Maybe you should watch more.

Here are the guys I would pay to see.

Declining -OR- on their way downward:
- Steve Nash
- Jason Kidd

Rising:
- Tyreke Evans
- Jennings
- Dragic

Settled in and doing their thing right now:
- Westbrook
- CP3
- Rondo
- Deron
- Rose

I've been crazy busy this NBA season so far, so I haven't been able to watch as many games as I normally would, and haven't been able to follow anywhere CLOSE to what I normally would... but how are Jameer Nelson and Brandon Roy looking? Tony Parker? Rockets' PG?
Curry would be the best PG in your rising category right now.

Jameer is doing alright, but he's not in this discussion. Roy isn't a PG, Miller is, and he's been bothered by a knee. He's been a little inconsistent. Parker has been playing pretty well but he should be on your declining list. And Aaron Brooks (Rockets PG) is out 4-6 weeks.

He's unquestionably been better this season, although it's early.  I'm not saying he's better than KD dude c'mon on, I just hate when people act like Russy is a product of KD or something.

A Product? No.
But I'm not exactly sure teams coaches are devising schemes to slow down Russell Westbrook when they play OKC.

It has to be one of the top factors IMO especially with most of them playing head to head a lot and playing at such a high level.

It changes every day for me.  Gun to my head:

CP3
Deron
Rondo
Westbrook
Rose/Nash

Well since we're suggesting what each other should do, maybe you should help pay my bills.

Wow! Need to catch me some Warriors games. I really like Tyreke Evans, so if Steph's better than that, then... yeah, I'm missing out.

Thanks, man. I guess I'm stuck in Roy being the combo PG/SG role he was before Dre arrived.

Aaron Brooks... that's his name. Didn't know he was out (obviously). I like this dude, too.

Tony Parker... tough to feel bad for a guy going home to Eva Longoria.

how are Jameer Nelson and Brandon Roy looking?
Unfortunately, Roy is hurt again. His knee has already been drained of fluid twice this season, and he flew to LA yesterday to get a second opinion on it.

Jennings is a flashier player...Marketing. I don't know how to quantify NT love/hate, though.

^ I didn't know that was the case.

But speaking for myself, regarding Jennings and Curry, I saw quite a few games from each last season. In my opinion, I thought Jennings was a lot more explosive and a lot smarter, making passes that better allowed the recipient to score, or making and taking the right shots at the right time. Obviously, anyone could come up with a highlight reel of Curry doing exactly what I just said Jennings does better, and a lowlight reel of Jennings looking like a toddler... but overall, from what I saw, there's my opinion on the two from last season.

Then this summer, Steph really lost some points with me, the way he looked in the games leading up to the FIBA tourney. He really was one of the worst in a USA uniform, in my opinion. He'd start off bad, try to play catch up, and get taken out of the game.
