That's not even 2 a quarter. Attack the rim, make the refs make a decision. Free, easy points...fastest way tk efficiency. Puts the other team in foul trouble.7+ trips to the line
Look, I've watched many guards attempt to take the next step from really good to great. And while this is a different league at this point, free throws still help elevate the efficiency of the best in the game.

I mean I understand what you’re saying and don’t necessarily disagree, but it’s not exactly easy in practice. Especially against a team that can defend well.
Celtics fans say the same about Tatum, and then get mad when he goes in trying to draw contact and just throws something up there and doesn’t get the call.
