Wasn't even top 3 in voting despite putting up better numbers than his MVP years which is what you mentioned would make Jokic undeniable this season. Just saying voters have done exactly that before

I'd say the difference is Jokic was already starting to get the BITW tag even back then. At minimum 1b. Not the case for SGAPut up career highs and improved in nearly every major category besides rebounding the year after he won a chip but wasn't even considered in the mix.

I think Giannis' efficency dipped too
Jokic has 3 in the tuck and he's playing better than those three years. Nothing against SGA and he can easily still win for multiple reasons. Just stating the argument
