The Official NBA Season Thread: Free Agency Day

Ayton has also regressed pretty significantly and doesn’t want to be there. Hasn’t since the Dallas blowout last year
Yea its in hindsight but they really should've read the writing on the wall after how he went out last season and how things went down between Monty and him.

Think most of us in here were legit shocked when they matched that offersheet

Ayton the only one with a smirk 😂😂

He's very-good, but no longer truly elite anymore. To be fair, he's 35 and had a serious ACL injury. It is kind of drawing to see him be completely invisible in a game like this though.

He went ghost against Boston last year. Outside of being on that stacked 73 win team his playoff resume is funny. KD is a all-time great but it's something about his game and his style that's empty and it gets exposed in the playoffs. Suns gave up a ton to get him. It's gonna be interesting how this plays out. Is he gonna stay? Ayton good as gone. What do they get back for him? Is CP3 gonna hang it up like he probably should.
