If he wasn't international this wouldn't even be a story. Plenty of 5'8 dudes in D1/G league/the states that could match that same production. Dude plays hard. I respect it, but thats about it.

Grizz have a love for the 5'8 PG -- (Gilyard last year, Yuki this year )
Great for developing your wings in the g league. Guys are good facilitators, shooters and play hard. Allows for your wings to get involved and develop their games. But, when Ja Morant is your best player, probably not any room for them on the real roster.
