again I get why americans don't care, you shouldn't care.

but I don't understand why people simply can't use their brains.

CANADA IS ANOTHER COUNTRY, obviously things that matter in this country won't matter outside of this country. :lol:

so yah the photo is iconic, prob every Canadian sports fan has seen it at some point.

If that's the most famous Canadian athlete, da U.S. should redirect our foreign policy toward the northern border and figure out what's going on.

Numbers suggest Wemby's way more effective when Sohan is off the floor.

Time for him to do damage.

if you know the story it makes perfect sense.

- Runner gets cancer, has his leg amputated
- starts a cancer research fundraiser; Marathon of Hope, he's going to run across the entire country (on a prosthetic leg) to raise money for research.
-becomes a national sensation. raising tons of money.
- it's a primitive prosthetic so he basically has to skip his way 3000 miles.
- his body was falling apart but he refused to stop, eventually he collapsed and was taken to the hospital, the cancer had spread to his lungs and he was forced to end the marathon.

he dies, basically becomes a martyr for cancer awareness, and his foundation has raised nearly a billion dollars for cancer research.

naturally after all that he's a national hero, every kid learns about him in school, and the foundation continues to raise tons of money.

I was just in Toronto and shorty with me didn’t know Canada had its own money and other things…She kept saying “but it’s America!?!?”

She cute but not too bright obviously, the sad thing is that’s how most folks here think bout Canada :lol :{

That didnt seem malicious, he jumped and essentially hurdled the dude. Dont see the issue with it, he coudda spread his legs (pause) to clear him too but hurdling is a natural motion too.

Any other player did this, no issue just flagrant by the definion of a flagrant foul.

Yea aight.
