The Official NBA Season Thread: I’m like Jayson Tatum in the Olympics I'm not playing

I mean he is being sued for that incident with the teen. Where Ja said he swung first.

That’s still court
And that's still old and already been discussed profusely but cats wanna keep adding fuel to the same fire for some reason. Daily loudization of media in full effect :smh:

The damage of having Dillon Brooks as your vet to role model after is revealing itself :smh:

Don't even blame Ja

We get a new “Ja Morant is super weird” story every week ever since the PEs

Not seeing anyone praying for anyone's downfall tbh, especially not one of the most spectacular players of the last decade.

Just don't think he actually needs to be getting himself personally involved in any of this stuff with everything that he's got to lose at this point.

Would absolutely hate seeing his career derailed or affected by any dumb off the court ****. All it takes is having someone goofy and impulsive in your group and all of a sudden you find yourself in an awful situation that you might not be able to walk back, not worth the risk at all...

Not worth it and completely avoidable at the same time.

Grizz org need to get him in touch with someone like Z-Bo, VC or even AI if they haven't already. Those dudes can pass on personal knowledge on how to navigate the exact stage of his career he's at better than just about anyone.

The timeline was 3 years before the rockets owe pick obligations to Okc. This is Year 3. We have to be competitive next year. The team is also comically bad at the position that harden plays so he will fit in nicely.

Harden plus wemby is a homerun this offseason

Fair, Houston has no incentive to tank next year. IF Harden wins a championship this year (BIG IF) then I wouldn't be mad at all if he leaves next year. That is...if you guys are ok with paying him the max.

OKC really making up a bunch of different SGA injuries and illnesses since Allstar break to try to get out of the play-in smh
It’s grounds for investigation but it’ll probably never happen.

What’d VC do?

Ja could not be a "victim" and also not be having jail wished upon him by strangers.... but Hey
who is doing that? lol. everyone just commenting on the situation HE created.
It's not like a mob of Ja/Grizzlies haters decided to make some **** up and wish incarceration on the guy

What’d VC do?
Nothing crazy that I can remember, named them because they all played in Memphis and were stand up vets there

All were superstars too who could command respect from any player

I seen it happen with AI, Melo, JR, Sheed, Artest and countless others throughout the years. once you make some young mistakes the media continues to throw that ******** narrative on you throughout the years. A LOT of dog whistling be going on but **** it tho
