$50 million in NBA earnings... you probably will only see something like $17-20 million over the duration of your career.

That's crazy money... but $125-$130 million when you're done is a complete different status

What does the account owner get by posting that? Is spreading fake sports news a lucrative industry if you a ton of followers (NBACentel has 7.8M)?

twitter users with a paid subscription (verified) and a big following actually get paid now. so it doesn't matter if the stuff they post is real or not. it's all about revenue generation now.
