The Official NBA Season Thread: Kings Fire Mike Brown

Siakam was the 2nd leading scorer on the championship team, behind Kawhi.

Lowry was as much to blame for Lebronto years as Demar

luckily we can use our eyes,
we don't have to act like its 2003 and PPG is the only stat that matters.

Lamelo fouling out in B2B games is crazy.

GENERATIONAL.

You’re still doing this?? 🤣🤣🤣 He fouled out with 22 seconds left in the 4th as the Hornets trailed by 9.

dmbrhs dmbrhs the detail about his brother was completely unwarranted and cowardly. It was in extremely poor taste and Joel had every right to be as upset as he was about it.

And how’d all that sideways talking Vescey used to do work out for him?

Did Amen Thompson put in any work over the offseason?

I was gonna bring him up too...I haven't gotten a chance to see Houston play yet, but noticed he wasn't getting minutes and his stat lines been pedestrian. Today looks different, but guessing from your comment, it's nothing to get excited about.

Is Marcus Haynes related to goofy Draymond variant Chris?

Criticizing Embiid for his lack of availability is fair game but invoking his family to do IT, in particular his son and dead brother ain't eem mad if Embiid decides to hem ole boy off.

All bets are off if you bring up someone's family, word to Dominic Toretto.

Marcus Hayes is the same dude who was writing a whole bunch of stuff about aj brown last season even though dude wasn’t talking to the media specifically because they kept making up shh

Jalen hurts is the godfather of AJ’s daughter and them dudes been tight since college.. and had a handful of dudes in Philly media who tried to blow up little shh or purposely misinterpret things he would say, so he just cut it off to prove an point

But Marcus Hayes wrote some shh and then wouldn’t show up in the locker room when AJ said he specifically wanted to address his BS being written

Him and Eliot shorr-parks, if some shh goes down, I’m sure they did/said something at some point to deserve it

Any of ya’ll hoopers find a new sport? I’m 29 and the recovery ain’t the same broe. I been getting hit and my shoulder and hip been nagging me. It ain’t worth waking up with some random bumps and the occasional rehab .

Shoutout to us gaining an an extra hour of sleep while some people are still going to be idiots anyway :hat

“The next time you bring up my dead brother and my son again, you’re going to see what I’m going to do to you, and I’m going to have to live with the consequences,” Embiid told Hayes, per The Associated Press.

He should still be hitting him

Making threats and dishing out justice like Saudi Arabia ain’t a good look.

But the reporter was inflammatory with his column eg opinion. Should’ve kept it PG and focused on the individual, Embiid.

Folks who love and lose a family member, it’s a very raw spot. Crazy thing is it could be a benign comment but their feelings towards the family they lost makes it upside down.

Suspending Embiid doesn’t really do anything right now since he’s not very active.

I’d probably fine him. And warn the “journalist” that he could lose access to the locker room.

Man o man. His boy or her brother wasn’t doing the best to deescalate the situation.

Lol DeMar can't be serious.

He really has to be one of the dumber people in basketball if he couldn't predict this outcome.
