The Official NBA Season Thread: Kings Fire Mike Brown

Imagine a 15-17ppg scorer being irrelevant

That’s like saying White Donte is irrelevant or doesn’t move the needle..Mathurin is better than him.

No he’s not. Who would he take minutes from?

Their X factor McConnell?
The guy who hit the biggest shot in the series Nembhard?
Their best defender Nesmith?

That guy was riding the bench multiple times during the regular season. Not playing any crunch time minutes. Don’t let these regular season stats fool you.

Hawks better not fumble Sarr at 1. What we need to do is fire Quinn Snyder now. Since when does going 10 games under .500 not get you fired. Go get buddy from Milwaukee that got fired for nothing.

He’d take minutes from Nembhard and shepherd. There are minutes available for him and ultimately he would have some of the Brunson assignment

You don’t think a guy who averaged 26 min a game and can create his own shot would play?

Thought it was said that Richard Jefferson didn’t workout in San Antonio because he wasted an entire summer not catching and shooting the ball in the corner as they liked. He said that on a podcast iirc.

Think it was just a bad fit for both sides. RJ liked having the ball in his hands, but the Spurs made him a spot up shooter. It probably ended up extending his career though.
