damian lillard's decision to not play last night was weird right?

it snowed in portland yesterday, but he still got out there with the team. and he last played 9 days before last night's game.

is there another way to look at this?

The sat grant too. Had to be an organization move

Grant/Lillard probably couldn’t get their warm up routine in due to the weather idk. Nothing else makes sense it has to be due to the rough weather.

Something hilarious about Pelinka coming out of the shadows and sitting amongst the fans after the trade deadline. :smh:
Rob wants the cameraman and all to see him so err'one can give him his props for recreating the roster lol

Not sure what to think of that

People always make it more than this talking about good man and happy like one has anything to do with the other. How does this change vs the past 5 years? If it does we need answers.

Do you even know that he donates to the LA innercities?

People really going to give Pelinka credit for trading away Russ but wanted to blame Bron for acquiring him.

That's some crazy job security. Dude cleaned up his own mess.

Interesting.

Same dudes talking bout "Bron made his bed" got Pelinka memes as avys now................................

Guess D. Whyteman saved the LAL from awful Bron and Klutch, again. You know they been hooting and hollerin about it for years now.

There have been 167 instances in which a team has made 22 or more 3s in a game. Last night was the 15th time in which a team has lost the game when they’ve done it, with the Pacers against the Cs.

I swear, it's almost as if people haven't followed Westbrook's career. It's all good vibes and smiling press conferences until the ball is tipped up. Literally this exact same thing happened when Westbrook first sign of the Lakers. There was a long article ESPN bout how Westbrook met with LeBron and AD and Russ said he was ready to sacrifice in order to win a championship and the moment he got on the court It was right back to the same old Russell Westbrook.

There's this weird "push back to the pushback" on Russell Westbrook. Russell Westbrook wasn't the only problem with the Lakers. The team don't have great coaching and the front office to the bad job with roster management but Russ was a big part of the problem due to his inefficient play and poor decision making.

Part of the problem with Russell Westbrook in his last couple stops is that he was among the highest paid players in the league so simply having Westbrook's enormous salary on your roster made it difficult to build a competent team. Westbrook wouldn't catch so much heat if he were making $15M but the fact that he is the second highest paid player in the league and is basically a good bench player at the stage in his career made it even tougher to deal with. When you're paying someone $47M You need that player to be elite in Westbrook just isn't that guy anymore. The Clippers are in a better situation solely because they don't need Russell Westbrook. The Lakers, Wizards and rockets needed Westbrook to be elite and that's where they failed.

Agreed. It's phase 1 of his shtick at this point.
