Was looking for this in response to the “Warriors Defense is trash” takes.


You would at least think defense would somewhat translate. There is no what through equally large sample sizes that you should be going from that good at home to that bad on the road, man.

defense is supposed to be the thing that travels on the road with teams. but not the case for this squad. heard on the radio that the warriors actually score a little on the road but also give up 13 more PPG. definitely confusing

I am complete agreement. Top 3 at home and Bottom 3 on the road makes absolutely no sense. Truly an anomaly.

I know Wiggins is completely unknown but is GP2 officially cooked for the season?

As with any stats it’s worth looking into the actual details.

anything that happened the first 10 games of the season when Kuminga, Moody and Wiseman were playing a lot is pointless data.

any games where steph was missing or draymond was missing is pointless data.

and all the recent games without wiggins also pointless data

we really don’t have much good playoff relevant data. The same as we don’t for a team like the lakers.
