The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Cup Night

Beantowner’s in 6.

Just feel like they’ve had too much good fortune so far in the playoffs for it not to be their year to finish it off with a title.

Feel like thats gonna punch em in the face actually. I dont trust the J’s either. Tatum gonna forget hes 6’9 and Browns left hand gonna do him in.

I'm pretty sure the last time the tics made it they were the favorites........wasn't it like someone saying 80% win probability? :lol

Vs Warriors I believe so, then Maple Jordan put the clamps on Tatum and the rest is history.

Since when were the Celtics not favoured over GSW in 22?

Golden State opened as -155 favorites on Caesars

They were favored in that ESPN 'power index' percentage thing but the actual betting odds favored the Dubs and their championship experience

Apparently, those Heat squads were the only Final favorites from the East since the Last Dance Bulls :wow:

Winning a ring doesn't change that in my opinion.

It helps his argument but he doesn't automatically jumps tk #1.
Isn’t that what happened to Jokic?
Was he considered the best player in the game before he won a ring?

Was Giannis considered the best before he won a ring?

I literally heard ESPN 710 this morning saying how he is a more “versatile” than Joker, and might truly be the best player in the world so the talk has already started .

Luka is the best player in the world with or without a ring in the next few weeks.

His regular season was taken for granted too.
