The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Cup Night

The west is thick so bad losses here and there will bite you for playoff position…

But, also why it's hard to win night in and night out in the west now that we're about 13-15 games into the season. No easy games, especially at altitude in Utah on an 82-game schedule. The talent level in the NBA is too good and spread out now. No gimmes, even with a team like Utah that's probably very frustrated.

The assistant coach is literally screaming and pointing at Luka to get in position and Luka is just in la la land gazing right past him

Aside from that play Luka has started the season flat. The numbers look the same but he looks flabby and sick

That ain’t the assistant. That’s the HEAD COACH:rofl::lol

People clown Kawhi about health while these 1-way offensive “engines” like Luka get hyped. Yeah they score 30, but they give up 26 on defense

Luka’s defensive is atrocious. The thing is it’s CLEARLY an effort thing because on the rare occasion he actually tries, he does a decent job.

Like buying a yorki as a guard dog. The house doesn’t stand a chance.

When the game is on the line, you’re supposed to hunker down and give your best effort. He has to know that the opposing team is going to attack him during that possession. Situational awareness be damn, smh

Had the one good defensive game in the Finals in the game they actually won, and was trash in all the other ones, getting hunted nonstop.
