Still don't see how Jimmy fixes a lot of the Suns problems which they have right now with Beal but at least he'll have his joy back 
He might solve some of their redundancy issues offensively but the energy he'll need to expand on defense because of their big situation will drain him fast.

After being played sparingly the first 2 months of the season, Ware has really been making the most out of his extended run of playing time lately

They got 3 pick swaps (they have the worse of the 3 swaps), they can trade. Then 2031 first and second. They're looking to offload Middleton to 4th team who'll absorb contract.They don’t have any
And Portis only makes $12M.
Suns: Get Jimmy, get off Beal (Not a good fit, hasn't worked out). They'll attach the first FRP's they just got to help facilitate the deal, and will need to give up some "heat culture guys": maybe Royce O neal, Grayson Allen, or the younger guys Ighodara, Dunn (to team 4). They also want off Nurkic, but not sure if anyone will take him.
Bucks: Off middleton (Middleton is crippled, can't move anymore), Get Beal. After Giannis and Dame, their offense is buns. Middleton plays half the games and moves like Robocop when he does play. They'll part ways with Portis, expirings, picks to make it happen. I don't think they'll be much better, but that's what they're going for.
Heat: Off Jimmy, Don't want Beal. They'll get off Jimmy and will get Portis, a handful of rotation players from suns, maybe someone from team 4.
Team 4- Absorb Middletons contract (expires next year, not too bad), get picks, expirings, young guys. 5+ tanking teams want to be team 4
