It's gotta be the glue between the sole plate and the midsole.

If it heats up after walking a bit, it might loosen it up to allow movement and subsequently squeaking.

Nike cost cutting and using inferior glue?

It's the sole. Right under the ball of my foot. I think it's one of the grooves in the rubber.

It's quite embarrassing when I walk. I thought originally it might just have been because they were new, but I've worn them a few times now and the squeak is still there.

I have the same issue with my Infrareds and Infra-flips. I tried putting a layer of paper towel between the insole and the foot bed because that solved the problem with an Dunk SB that did the same thing in the past. Doesn't work here.

Did you try tossing in baby powder under the sole?  I had some Kobes that squeaked, did the powder trick and it fixed it.

Mine is on the right shoe of my 2015 og infrareds

It squeaks when the shoe is fully bent and I'm on my tip toes as a walk
It doesn't squeak until I wear them for an hour or so, really embarrassing

I would say just remove the sole and sprinkle a light film the whole length of the shoe. Then put the sole back in and try it out. I've done this on different models and it always helped

They don't have that blueish tint in real life, if that's what you were wondering.

Don't have them, but had them in hand at Foot Locker.

yeah i saw them on person, looked way more grey and muted. Just wanted to see them on feet

For reference my wife fits a size 6.5y in 11 lows, and 6y in legend blue 4's.

you probably need to charge them up under a light for 15-20 mins before they gonna start to glow
