As much as l can't stand cp, it's a disgrace that he's never in MVP discussion. He improves every team he goes to. I love Steph but l feel he gets too much credit when it comes to MVP talk. Just keepin it real.

disagree with you on "steph gets too much credit." not to discredit CPee3, but it's not steph's fault that he's played on the same team his whole career and hasn't had the chance to improve new teams. it could easily be argued that steph has raisedthe floor of any iteration of the warriors team he's played with.

and prior to this season, there were only three seasons where steph was really in the MVP conversation —the two seasons he actualy won it and maybe last year because he was the scoring champ.. this year, he was an early favorite but this slump has probably taken him out of it for good.
 
They've been pretty bad defensively for a while, this season they finally creeped up to top half of the league


We haven’t been good defensively since pre-2007 (pre-KG leaving). The best year was probably 2017-18 with Butler but that was mostly a productive year because we had a good offense between Butler-Towns-Wiggins-Teague-Crawford.
