Peace y’all….

Ran thru the outlets in Massachusetts this past week.. great looking store!

There was more but forgot to grab a snap shot.. USA Olympic rugbys were in there!

I have the white hoodie but that blue sweatshirt was dropped off at the wrong address... Are those sweatshirts at other outlets?? I would definitely run out to pick one up the weekend....

This goes back to what I had said about ralphs strategy going forward. They not sending much to tj maxx/marshalls anymore except for some key markets. They not letting stuff sit in macys and go on 60%+ discount. They just gonna send it to their outlets and mark it full price. Prior season stuff they just sit on til next season and put it back out at full price. They really tryna control sale prices, gonna be harder and harder to get those deals we're all used to unfortunately. Tryna protect that brand image.

Was in woodbury outlets yesterday and they had the beeper jacket. The black race car hoodie. All that horse show stuff. The olympic usa fleeces. It seems like alot of stock is sitting around piling up at full price. Dont know how they are gonna be able to keep this up. I didnt cop anything. Im over most of this stuff. Other than a few items im mainly copping exact reissues of the 90s or 80s stuff.

Now I don’t even stop by to check most locations anymore because I know they won’t have anything. That store had some heat... that Hawaii zip sweater is one of my favorite pieces. I def would have bought that brown jacket fopr $200... already have the blue and tan version.

havent seen anything good in months at my local tj maxx and marshalls...but from like june until november i was eating good at those stores which had way better prices than the outlet... crazy thing is the outlet use to be cheaper but since the pandemic the sales are much less...

Outlets have definitely switched up their style. I almost never get 30% coupons any longer and most stuff is not discounted when you head in there. I won't buy though unless the price is right so haven't purchased something from there in a while.

Yeah I am not even phased by the lack of good deals since the pandemic... I already have 4 closets full of Polo. It's a blessing in disguise... but I still probably spend too much on clothes.

Yep, RL is definitely keeping inventory at full price. There are a handful of 50th Anniversary collection items and general releses that have been on the site for years that are still being sold for full MSRP. Also, prices are moving upwards quickly.

This looks like the Factory Store in Somerville at Assembly Row. They usually have solid pieces and staff that will help you out in getting anything that comes to the outlets…

on the hunt for the same piece myself actually...had to ask around and was told that its classic fit, so gonna be a little roomy.

i'm going with my usual outerwear size, which is a size down from my shirt/sweater size.

There were mentions, in here, during the fall about them selling out early; “falling off the truck”..but wasnt sure if they were rumors. Its been a pain in the you know what trying to get a pair. I see a bunch on ebay, from japan, but there are multiple sellers using the same photos.

I think it’s a moot point at this stage. The reality is you had 1/25th saying “it’s all sold out”, “if you’re reading this it’s to late” all tactics to discourage and trick people on here from keeping and eye out and trying to buy. Really shameful, especially since it’s said to be all about the culture

With Spring almost here, I can now say that Fall 21'/Winter 22' was one on RL's best seasons to date. You had the delayed 2020 inventory that raised Factory Stores to higher levels, multiple retro items that were re-issued nearly perfectly, Limited Capsules, Collaborations, the Olympic Collection with a few strong items; It was insane, and there is still some highly anticipated Fall 2020 inventory that still is waiting to be released.

Spring is usually dry, but it's off to a Strong Start with the Polo Shield and U.S.A. Items that are nothing short of classic. I found so many of my wishlist items recently, that I hope that nothing that I'm looking for is available. I need a break.
